Description

Sparkling wine produced with the long Charmat method (nine months of aging on lees). The full and fresh taste is accompanied by the aroma of fresh fruit and honey, with a slight sensation of bread crust and pine needles. The pale straw yellow color has a very fine perlage and good persistence. To be served as an aperitif or paired with raw seafood.
