A Sagrantino with an intense ruby color in chromatic nuances and aromatic ones, Exubera is rock: the nose is disruptive and explodes strongly in notes of ripe red fruits and field violets that alternate with a balsamic of eucalyptus, licorice, white pepper and cinnamon. A warm and enveloping wine, intense and harmonious, with an important tannic texture that gives it structure and power, but that does not affect an elegant and memorable finish.
